    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Project and Job Setup

    Configure and manage construction projects in SAP CA-EPPM.

    Define WBS elements, cost centers, and internal orders aligned with project scopes.

    1. Advanced Cost Accounting

    Monitor and analyze project costs using SAP FICO and PS.

    Implement cost control measures and variance analysis for large-scale projects.

    1. Estimate to Complete (ETC) & Forecasting

    Lead forecasting cycles using SAP tools.

    Collaborate with project managers to refine ETC models and identify financial risks.

    1. Revenue Recognition & Compliance

    Apply IFRS-compliant revenue recognition methods (e.g., PoC).

    Ensure audit readiness and maintain documentation for financial reviews.

    1. Project Closeout & Reconciliation

    Oversee final cost reconciliation and ensure proper project closure in SAP.

    Conduct post-mortem financial analysis and reporting.

    1. SAP S/4HANA Implementation

    Lead or support full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations for construction finance.

    Customize and optimize SAP EPPM modules for client-specific needs.

    1. Client-Site Collaboration

    Willingness to relocate and work onsite at client locations in the U.S.

    Act as a liaison between finance, project teams, and IT to ensure seamless integration.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • 10+ years of experience in construction accounting with SAP.
    • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
    • Expertise in SAP CA-EPPM, FICO, PS, and Analytics Cloud.
    • Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles and financial controls.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
    • Willingness to relocate and work at client sites in the U.S.
