    • Phase-based manufacturing execution
  • Build and present system configurations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept to business and technical stakeholders.
  • Support Electronic Batch Record (EBR) processes and digital execution of manufacturing activities.
  • Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process maps for manufacturing and shop-floor workflows.
  • Support integration between SAP Digital Manufacturing and SAP S/4HANA, including process orders, master recipes, BOMs, materials, production versions, inspection plans, batch management, and inventory transactions.
  • Collaborate on integrations involving SAP QM, EWM, BTP, Cloud Connector, Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, and related manufacturing systems.
  • Participate in system and integration testing, defect resolution, validation, user acceptance testing, and implementation readiness activities.
  • Develop functional documentation, configuration documentation, process flows, work instructions, and other project deliverables.

  • Partner with manufacturing, quality, warehouse, production planning, regulatory, validation/CSV, master data, and IT teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM / SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud); 5+ years preferred, although candidates with less experience may be considered based on depth of expertise.
  • Strong hands-on SAP DM configuration experience with the ability to independently own functional configuration activities.
  • Strong understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and shop-floor manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with process and/or discrete manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of production execution processes, including production/process orders, material consumption, goods receipt, work instructions, traceability, rework, and deviations.

  • Experience with Electronic Batch Records (EBR) and electronic signatures.
  • Experience with barcode/scanner integration and label printing.
  • Experience with non-conformance management, quality inspections, deviations, and manufacturing traceability.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, life sciences, or another regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of FDA, GxP, ISO 13485, and/or Computer System Validation (CSV) requirements.
