Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience with SAP Finance or Treasury/Cash Management
• 3+ years of experience with SAP S/4 HANA
• 7+ years of experience with SAP ECC FI Module
• 10+ years of practical experience with SAP upgrades, OSS notes, support packs, and troubleshooting
• 10+ years of SAP experience within Public Sector environments
• 7+ years of experience in budgeting, appropriations, grants management, and governmental accounting
• Strong experience supporting enterprise SAP environments and production support activities
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with full lifecycle SAP implementations
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA migration projects
• Proficiency with MS Office tools including Word, Excel, Visio, and Project
• Experience working within government agencies or public sector organizations

Responsibilities

• Support SAP S/4 HANA migration and implementation initiatives
• Manage and support SAP Finance and Treasury/Cash Management modules
• Perform SAP system upgrades, troubleshooting, OSS note implementation, and support pack activities
• Support budgeting, appropriations, grants, and governmental accounting business processes
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver SAP solutions
• Provide production support and resolve SAP system issues
• Participate in SAP enhancement, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities
• Ensure system stability, performance optimization, and compliance with public sector standards
• Assist with documentation, knowledge transfer, and process improvements
