Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on SAP Cross-Functional Lead / Integration Lead / Solution Architect to drive end-to-end functional integration across multiple SAP modules. The role will ensure seamless business process alignment, integrated solution design, and successful delivery across SAP workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional solution design across SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, EWM, QM, PM, IBP, TM)
• Ensure end-to-end integration across business processes (O2C, P2P, P2P, R2R)
• Validate functional designs, configurations, and WRICEF objects
• Identify and manage cross-module dependencies and integration risks
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and SAP teams
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution demos
• Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, BASIS, PI/PO, BTP)
• Drive process harmonization and standardization initiatives
• Support cutover, data migration, and go-live activities
• Recommend SAP best practices, automation, and innovations (S/4HANA, BTP, Fiori)

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of SAP experience with strong cross-functional expertise
• Hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementations
• Deep understanding of end-to-end SAP processes:
  • Order-to-Cash
  • Procure-to-Pay
  • Plan-to-Produce
  • Record-to-Report
• Experience in WRICEF lifecycle management
• Strong integration knowledge (PI/PO, APIs, BTP)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in Automotive / Manufacturing domain preferred
