SAP CRM Service Consultant Basic Job Description

Role: SAP CRM Service Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP CRM Service module.
• Gather business requirements and provide CRM Service solutions.
• Configure service processes such as:
  • Service Requests
  • Service Orders
  • Service Contracts
  • Installed Base
  • Warranty Management
  • Service Confirmation
• Work on CRM Middleware and integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA.
• Support enhancements, testing, and defect resolution.
• Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams.
• Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and production support activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP CRM Service module.
• Knowledge of CRM Web UI configuration.
• Experience with CRM Middleware and data replication.
• Understanding of Service Management business processes.
• Integration knowledge with SAP ECC, SD, MM, and CS modules.
• Experience in testing, support, and incident management.
