Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a SAP CPI Consultant for their Stamford, CT/Remote location.
Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain SAP CPI iFlows across production and non-production environments.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve integration incidents, interface failures, and service requests.
- Develop, modify, and enhance CPI integrations to support business requirements and application changes.
- Monitor interface performance and proactively identify integration issues before they impact business operations.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Work closely with business users, SAP functional teams, and technical stakeholders to support integration-related initiatives.
- Configure and manage integration adapters including SFTP, SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, RFC, SuccessFactors, Mail, and API Management components.
- Manage security certificates, endpoints, connectivity configurations, and API integrations.
- Ensure adherence to established SLAs for incident resolution and service delivery.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, knowledge transfer materials, and support procedures.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production validation activities for integration solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable and reliable operation of business-critical interfaces.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in SAP integration technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP CPI/SAP Integration Suite and SAP BTP Integration Services.
- Proven experience developing and supporting CPI iFlows in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise with integration adapters including SFTP, SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, RFC, SuccessFactors, Mail, and API Management.
- Experience in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Understanding of API-based integrations, security certificates, authentication mechanisms, and connectivity configurations.
- Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, and related integration standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid support and project delivery environment.
