Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior SAP CC Architect to lead the design, architecture, and governance of SAP Convergent Charging within a complex SAP BRIM ecosystem. This role is responsible for defining scalable, high-performance charging solutions, ensuring seamless integration with upstream/downstream systems, and driving architectural standards across large enterprise landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

Define end-to-end architecture for SAP CC within SAP BRIM landscape

Design scalable and high-performance charging solutions for high-volume, real-time rating scenarios

Establish architectural standards, governance models, and best practices

Drive cloud and on-prem hybrid architecture strategies

Lead solution blueprinting and technical design reviews

Architect distributed SAP CC environments including:

o Dispatcher instances

o Rater instances

o Updater instances

Design for horizontal scalability, load balancing, and failover mechanisms

Define high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies

Optimize rating performance and latency for real-time charging

Lead integration design between SAP CC and:

o SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI)

o SAP Convergent Mediation (CM)

o SAP S/4HANA

Ensure data consistency and synchronization across BRIM components

Define benchmarks and KPIs for throughput, latency, and system performance

Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning

Identify bottlenecks in charging pipelines and rating logic

Required Skills

7+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP BRIM

Deep hands-on experience in SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC) architecture

Strong understanding of:

o Rating and charging processes

o Pricing models and subscription billing

Expertise in:

o Distributed systems and high-volume architectures

Strong knowledge of:

o Linux/Unix systems

o Database technologies (HANA)

Experience designing HA/DR and scalable architectures

CI - FICA analyst. 10+ years

• Lead end-to-end SAP BRIM + SAP FICA solution architecture (SOM CC CI FI-CA)
• Design and manage subscription lifecycle (order capture, changes, renewals, cancellations)
• Configure billing/invoicing (CI), financials (FI-CA), and SOM
• Integrate BRIM with FICA for contract creation, allocation, and Finance (FI/GL) postings; ensure seamless data flow
• Handle complex revenue scenarios, ensure compliance/audit readiness, optimize performance, and lead stakeholder alignment & governance

Preferred Skills

Experience with AWS cloud platforms.

Familiarity with API management and integration tools

Exposure to SAP Cloud ALM / Solution Manager
