Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP TRM Lead Consultant to support the SAP S/4HANA Treasury implementation for Monster Energy. The consultant will lead treasury-related implementation activities, including Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), In-House Banking (IHB), Bank Account Management (BAM), and Treasury & Cash Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Treasury implementation activities across project releases, including R1 MVP and R2 IHB/TRM.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP Treasury and Risk Management functionality.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA Bank Account Management (BAM) configuration and implementation.
• Support Treasury and Cash Management processes, including cash positioning, liquidity management, and bank account administration.
• Manage bank connectivity and integration with financial institutions using SWIFT and Host-to-Host (H2H) interfaces.
• Collaborate with finance, treasury, banking, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support functional testing, integration testing, defect resolution, cutover, and post-go-live activities.
• Provide functional leadership and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
• Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Bank Account Management (BAM).
• Advanced experience in Treasury and Cash Management.
• Experience with In-House Banking (IHB) implementation.
• Working knowledge of SWIFT and Host-to-Host (H2H) bank connectivity.
• Experience with SAP FI and FSCM Treasury & Risk Management.
• Previous experience leading SAP S/4HANA Treasury implementations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multiple SAP S/4HANA Treasury implementation releases.
• Strong understanding of treasury operations, banking integration, and financial processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and functional leadership skills.
