The SAP COE Manager is responsible for leading the overall strategy, governance framework, and continuous improvement model for SAP S/4HANA operating within a RISE environment. This role ensures operational stability, drives business value, and enables controlled innovation across the ERP ecosystem.
The individual will build and enhance the Customer Center of Expertise (COE), manage demand intake and prioritization, and enforce “fit-to-standard” and clean core principles using SAP Activate methodology and SAP Cloud ALM. This leader will define processes for incident, problem, change, and release management aligned with ITIL standards, while coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance, scalability, and alignment with strategic roadmaps.
