Genesis Consulting has an immediate opportunity for an experienced, forward thinking SAP Basis Portal Subject Matter Expert with a passion for growth and business transformation. Join our team and utilize SAP technology to configure, develop, deliver and support applications for our clients while leveraging concepts of Lean, Agile, Kanban and SAFe. Our clients are some of the world's leading companies and the candidate will be a part of challenging projects to build and support technical solutions for their needs. The SAP Functional Consultant will work with clients to understand their business requirements, and help design a solution, using their business process knowledge. They will assist clients in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Functionality. The goal is to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. This position is expected to provide expert level business process guidance on SAP requirements and design.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enforces Standardized change process

• Manages, track and categorize Change Requests

• Test execution of changes in the target system

• Transport Scheduling and Tracking

• Comprehensive Reporting on complete Change history

• Documentation of implemented changes

• Minimize business disruptions

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

• 3+ years DoD experience

• Security Clearance

• 5+ years of SAP ChaRM experience. Complete understanding and expertise of the entire process. Able to lead a team through the ChaRM process

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma/GED- Required

• Bachelor's Degree- Preferred

Required Certifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance or equivalent Certification- Required

• SAFe Certifications- Strongly Preferred

• SAP Certifications- Strongly Preferred

Other:

• Must be US Citizen

• Must have Active DoD Secret clearance or Ability to Obtain it

• Willingness to be on-site daily
