We are currently hiring for the position of SAP CATS Configuration Specialist (with Backup SAP Technical Lead Support).

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain SAP CATS profiles, data entry views (CAT2/CAC2), and field selection.
Develop custom CATS enhancements using BAdIs, User Exits, and ABAP.
Integrate SAP CATS with SAP Time Management (PT), Payroll (PY), and labor distribution processes.
Configure time evaluation, validation rules, approval workflows, and payroll compliance.
Support manufacturing, multi-shift, overtime, union labor, and shift differential requirements.
Troubleshoot CATS-related issues, payroll discrepancies, and workflow problems.
Serve as backup to the SAP Technical Lead by supporting BASIS operations, transport management, technical governance, and development coordination.
Required Skills:
5+ years of hands-on SAP CATS configuration and development.
Strong experience with SAP Time Management (PT) and Payroll (PY).
Expertise in ABAP enhancements, BAdIs, and User Exits.
Experience supporting manufacturing or union labor environments.
Understanding of SAP technical architecture and BASIS fundamentals.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Aerospace or defense industry experience.
SAP BASIS exposure (transport management, system monitoring, client administration).
Experience with SAP governance, change control, and technical review boards.
Prior SAP Technical Lead or Lead Developer experience.
