Job Summary:The SAP Business Analyst – Quality Management will support the design, development, configuration, and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA Quality Management processes. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and end users to gather requirements, develop functional specifications, configure SAP QM, and support testing and implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct business process blueprint sessions and gather requirements from end users.
- Document business requirements and prepare blueprint and functional design documents.
- Design SAP QM solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Perform SAP S/4HANA QM configuration using SPRO.
- Develop test scenarios and scripts and execute functional testing.
- Conduct end-user training and support business readiness.
- Support cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
Must-Have Skills:- 10+ years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in SAP S/4HANA Quality Management.
- Strong experience with SAP QM master data, including Material Master, Master Inspection Characteristics (MIC), Inspection Plans, Equipment, and Catalogs.
- Hands-on experience with inspection planning and execution, sampling, and source, incoming, in-process, and outbound inspections.
- Experience with Quality Notifications, Defects, Complaints, and Quality Order Management.
- SAP QM configuration experience using SPRO.
- Knowledge of SAP QM integration with Production Planning (PP), Warehouse Management (WM), and Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Experience with interfaces and IDoc processes.
Nice-to-Have Skills:- Experience preparing functional specifications and functional design documents.
- Experience developing test scenarios, test scripts, and executing functional testing.
- Knowledge of serial number management and tracking.
- Experience supporting SAP implementation activities, including cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support.
