SAP BTP AI POD Architect

Location: Eagan, MN – Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP AI POD Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise AI solutions leveraging SAP BTP. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP BTP architecture experience along with expertise in AI agents, RAG, intelligent workflows, integrations, security, and enterprise AI governance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead AI use case ideation, discovery, prioritization, feasibility assessment, and delivery.

• Define end-to-end architecture for AI agents, copilots, and intelligent workflows on SAP BTP.

• Design agent orchestration, Human-in-the-Loop controls, governance, and security patterns.

• Define integration architecture across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, ServiceNow, Microsoft ecosystems, and other enterprise applications.

• Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures leveraging enterprise knowledge sources.

• Establish reusable AI frameworks, reference architectures, coding standards, and development accelerators.

• Review and validate solution designs and technical deliverables.

• Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, and stakeholder discussions.

• Provide technical leadership across AI initiatives and development squads.

• Collaborate with business, functional, security, and engineering teams to translate AI opportunities into scalable enterprise solutions.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of overall SAP experience.

• 5+ years of SAP BTP architecture experience.

• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale AI solutions and intelligent agents.

• Experience with both low-code and pro-code SAP BTP development models.

• Strong experience with enterprise integration and cloud architecture.

• Experience establishing AI governance, security, and reusable architecture patterns.
