Key Responsibilities · Configure and support SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM) including Mediation Zones, workflows, pipelines, routing, filtering, and event processing. · Develop Java-based mediation rules, validations, transformations, and data enrichment logic. · Manage usage/event data processing, normalization, aggregation, duplicate detection, and error handling. · Integrate CM with external systems using SFTP, APIs, EDI, and file-based interfaces. · Support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes across SAP BRIM components including CM, CC, CI, and FI-CA. · Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, monitoring, and production support for mediation pipelines.
