Your Role
Akkodis is seeking an SAP BDC & Databricks Architect for a Contract with a client in Culver City, CA. The ideal candidate is responsible for designing and implementing enterprise data and AI/ML solutions using SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, and Databricks to enable advanced analytics and business insights.
Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
SAP BDC & Databricks Architect Job Responsibilities include:
Design, implement, and support SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP Datasphere, and Databricks solutions to enable enterprise data and analytics capabilities.
Develop and deploy AI/ML use cases using Python, PySpark, Spark SQL, MLflow, and Databricks to support predictive analytics and forecasting initiatives.
Build and optimize scalable data pipelines, data products, and data transformation workflows integrating SAP and non-SAP data sources.
Define architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for data engineering, AI/ML lifecycle management, and solution scalability.
Collaborate with SAP, Finance, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven and AI-powered solutions.
Provide technical leadership, mentor project teams, and support Proof of Concept (PoC) activities while driving performance optimization and successful solution adoption.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
6-8 years of experience in SAP Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, Databricks, SAP Datasphere, SAP BDC, and AI/ML solution implementation.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP Datasphere, SAP Databricks, data modeling, replication and transformation flows, Delta Sharing, and SAP/non-SAP data integrations.
Proven expertise in Databricks AI/ML solutions using Python, PySpark, Spark SQL, MLflow, Delta Lake, predictive analytics, time-series forecasting, and scalable data pipeline development.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
