    Expectation:

    • Demonstrates the ability to lead the team effectively, manage SEV calls and manage client discussions independently during EST time.
    • Takes ownership of technical activities, ensuring all tasks are tracked, managed, and driven to successful closure.
    • Capable of leading technical discussions, providing solution guidance, and engaging with stakeholders on technical matters.
    • Manages effort estimations, project planning, and prioritization of future work items.
    • Ensures timely and quality delivery of assigned tasks while proactively mitigating risks and addressing dependencies.
    • Drives execution through effective coordination, tracking progress, and maintaining accountability across the team. SAP BASIS Have strong exposure in SAP BASIS - ECC 7.4 with Oracle database. Operating system - Oracle Linux Can lead SAP basis and security team of 5 members.
    • Have strong customer facing experience Should be able to track and plan all Incidents / Request tasks, System upgrades , PGP and SSH keys, Vulnerability remediation, System refresh and support activities SAP GRC (Security) Knowledge of SAP security concepts, roles, and authorizations.
    • Experience in SAP mobile Service setup on SAP Fiori Gateway. Can manage SAP FIORI landscape ECC 7.4 with Oracle database.
    • Can manage security and Audit compliance.
