Role Description

• Minimum of 10 years of SAP Ariba functional experience, including full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Lead workshops with client procurement business teams to understand current purchasing configurations in SAP Ariba.
• Drive end-to-end implementation of SAP Ariba modules.
• Provide functional leadership across SAP Ariba procurement, sourcing, contracts, supplier management, and integration capabilities.

SAP Ariba Modules & Functional Expertise

• Ariba Buying & Invoicing: Catalog management, purchase order collaboration, and invoice automation.
• Ariba Sourcing: RFx events, auction management, and award scenarios.
• Ariba Contracts: Contract workspaces, compliance monitoring, and contract-to-PO integration.
• Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP): Supplier registration, qualification, and performance scorecards.
• Ariba Network: Supplier enablement, e-invoicing, and cXML/EDI transaction flows.
• Strong knowledge of Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP).
• Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba Buying and Guided Buying.
• Strong knowledge of Ariba Invoicing and Ariba Commerce Automation.
• Experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP and non-SAP systems.

Integration & Technical Skills

• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA–Ariba integrations using SAP Integration Suite, CIG, and middleware.
• Configure and support integration flows including PO Flip, Order Confirmation, and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN).
• Strong experience with Ariba CIG mappings.
• Experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and non-SAP systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams during the Build phase of engagements.

Business Process & Consulting

• Conduct procurement process workshops and gather business requirements.
• Analyze existing procurement processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Guide clients on business process re-engineering and recommend process optimization solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP Ariba functional solutions.

AMS & Support

• Strong focus on Application Management Services (AMS), enhancements, and production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Handle service requests and change requests.
• Support enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare support.

Leadership & Communication

• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Lead functional teams and coordinate effectively with offshore teams.
• Provide team leadership and technical/functional guidance.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
