Summary:

• Configures and supports SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

• Analyzes requirements and configures systems to support HR and payroll processes.

• Tests new features and supports ongoing payroll operations.

• Triages and resolves issues during the program Hypercare phase.

• Performs data replication between Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.

• Uses SQL and analysis tools to query and triage data issues.

• Defines, understands, and documents functional requirements with functional customers.

• Translates functional requirements into technical requirements.

• Coordinates with the technical team on design, documentation, and delivery of solutions.

• Develops and conducts system testing and coordinates changes through the change management process.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• U.S. citizenship required due to systems access.

• Significant experience configuring and supporting SAP Employee Central Payroll.

• Proven ability to mentor team members in SAP ECP configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with data replication between Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.

• Experience using SQL and analysis tools to query and triage data issues.

• Experience defining, documenting, and translating functional requirements into technical requirements.

• Experience coordinating with the technical team on design, documentation, and delivery of solutions.

• Experience coordinating with product management on funding, priorities, and development estimates.

• Experience coordinating changes through the change management process and performing triage for issue resolution.
