Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Technical Lead with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations, custom development, technical architecture, and enterprise SAP integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leading ABAP development teams and delivering complex SAP technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP ABAP technical design, development, implementation, and support activities.

• Drive SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion, migration, or greenfield implementation initiatives.

• Design and develop custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.

• Work extensively with ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and performance optimization.

• Design and develop OData services and integrations with SAP and non-SAP applications.

• Work with SAP Fiori applications and support UI5-related technical integrations.

• Lead RICEF development activities: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.

• Perform technical reviews, code optimization, debugging, and issue resolution.

• Collaborate with SAP Functional Consultants, Architects, and business stakeholders.

• Lead technical teams, manage development deliverables, and ensure quality standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.

• Experience with ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and modern ABAP programming.

• Strong knowledge of RICEF objects and custom development.

• Experience with BAPI, BADI, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, and IDocs.

• Experience with OData services, REST APIs, and SAP integrations.

• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and technical troubleshooting skills.

• Previous experience leading SAP ABAP development teams or technical workstreams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model).

• SAP Fiori / UI5 development exposure.

• Experience with SAP BTP and integration technologies.

• Experience in S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects.

• SAP ABAP certification is an advantage.
