SAP ABAP Lead Consultant Reno, Nevada- Hybrid
Description We are seeking a senior SAP ABAP Lead Developer to design, build, and support complex SAP technical solutions within ECC and S/4HANA environments. Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP technical development activities across ECC applications.
Design and develop RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
Develop and support ABAP Objects, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms.
Build integrations with external systems using IDocs, RFCs, Web Services, and APIs.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
Support performance tuning and technical troubleshooting.
Work closely with functional teams to deliver business solutions.
Participate in S/4HANA custom code remediation and modernization initiatives. Required Qualifications
12 15 years of SAP ABAP development experience.
Strong SAP ECC technical expertise.
Proven experience delivering complex SAP developments.
Knowledge of integration technologies and technical architecture.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP S/4HANA Technical experience.
Exposure to CDS Views, OData, Fiori, and SAP BTP.
SAP technical certifications preferred.
Common Requirement Across All Roles
Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
Experience supporting large-scale SAP ECC environments.
SAP S/4HANA knowledge/experience will be considered a strong advantage.
Strong communication and client-facing capabilities.
Ability to work from Reno, Nevada and collaborate with business, IT, and global delivery teams.
