Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Specialist with strong expertise in Workday HCM and Financials integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining complex Workday integrations with third-party vendors and enterprise applications.
Required Technical Skills:
7+ years of Workday Integration Development experience.
Strong experience with Workday HCM and Financials modules.
Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
Experience with Core Connectors and Document Transformation.
Strong knowledge of SOAP, REST APIs, WSDL, XML, XSLT, JSON, and Java.
Experience with Workday integration security, ISU, PGP Keys, and MFA.
Knowledge of Workday reporting, calculated fields, and data migration.
Experience with integration testing, troubleshooting, and data reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations.
Build integrations with third-party vendors and state agencies.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
Maintain integration documentation and provide ongoing production support.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
Important Requirements:
Candidates must currently reside in Georgia and be willing to work from Georgia throughout employment.
Local Georgia candidates are strongly preferred.
100% remote work is acceptable for eligible Georgia residents.
