As a leading manufacturer of sweet baked goods, including honey buns, baked pies, fried pies, and gem donuts, we are entering an exciting phase of growth and expansion.Schedule: 6pm to 6amMajor Function:Clean and sanitize production area and machinesDuties and Responsibilities:Wash out mixerDisassemble and wash stick extruderClean turner and outside of fryerClean gray containers and rackClean bowl and hoistClean the scaleClean floor in the stick make up areaEmpty trash in new buildingClean enrober and glaze tanks on stick lineClean and sanitize all conveyors and I.J. white coolerClean white discharge conveyor and rollersClean all drains on stick lineWash gray containers and other utensils in 3" pie areaClean mixer, tanks, and lines if not cleanWash platinum's / clean Asser machineWash floor drains in make up areasClean floor drains in 3" pies wrapping areaBoil honey bun fryer, wash floor around fryerClean sugar out of catch pans on coolerKnock off hardened glaze on cooler, wash glazerWash transfer conveyors from glazer to monorailWorking Relationships:Works with other sanitors, reports to supervisor or management of plantJob Requirements:HS Diploma or GED preferredWorking knowledge of practices, materials and equipment used in cleaning and otherwise maintaining the appearance of machines, building interiors and furnishingsAbility to perform a variety of tasks regularly or as the need arises without special instructionsAbility to maintain effective working relationships with other employeesCapable to lift 50 lbsCarolina Foods is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
