Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Sunday-Friday, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM (flexibility required for some Sundays)
• 2nd Shift: Sunday-Friday, 1:00 PM-9:30 PM (flexibility required for some Sundays)

Requirements

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous sanitation, pan wash, food manufacturing, bakery, food production, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic math skills required
• Strong attendance and work history preferred

Job Duties

• Clean and sanitize equipment, production areas, and work surfaces
• Follow established cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals and pan wash equipment after training
• Maintain GMP and personal hygiene standards
• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Complete sanitation tasks independently and as part of a team
• Support food safety and quality standards throughout the facility

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely push, pull, and maneuver cleaning carts and equipment.
• Ability to work in a variety of indoor environments while following established safety procedures.

What You Will Do

As a Sanitation Worker you will clean and maintain assigned work areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, emptying waste containers, restocking supplies, and performing routine facility upkeep. You will help maintain safe, organized, and sanitary environments while following established cleaning procedures and workplace safety standards.

The Sanitation Worker helps ensure facilities remain clean, safe, and presentable through routine custodial care and preventative cleaning practices. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and dependable work habits.
