We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Sanitation Technician to join our team at our bottling facility in Marianna, FL. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and safe conditions throughout the plant's non-production areas, supporting food-grade cleanliness standards and a safe working environment for all employees.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to safely use common cleaning equipment, tools, and cleaning products.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently while following cleaning schedules and established procedures.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Dependable work habits and a commitment to maintaining clean, professional facilities.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings (before 8:00 AM), evenings (after 5:00 PM), and weekends
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 25-50 lbs.] for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced plant environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Prior cleaning/janitorial or industrial sanitation experience preferred but not required
• No machine operation required - training provided for all cleaning duties

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience cleaning commercial, industrial, office, healthcare, educational, or manufacturing facilities is preferred.
• Experience operating floor care equipment, buffers, scrubbers, or other custodial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning chemical usage, sanitation procedures, and workplace safety practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and pride in their work are well positioned for success as a Sanitation Technician.
• Experience in Industrial Cleaning in a manufacturing environment

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely push, pull, and maneuver cleaning carts and equipment.
• Ability to work in a variety of indoor environments while following established safety procedures.

What You Will Do

As a Sanitation Technician you will clean and maintain assigned work areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, emptying waste containers, restocking supplies, and performing routine facility upkeep. You will help maintain safe, organized, and sanitary environments while following established cleaning procedures and workplace safety standards.
