Protect product quality.Location: KDC/ONE GroveportEmployment Type: Full-TimeAs a Sanitation Technician, you will play an essential behind-the-scenes role in supporting safe, efficient production. This position is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing critical parts used in compounding, mixing, batching, and filling operations while helping maintain product quality and compliance standards.What You'll Do

Clean, scrub, sanitize, and maintain equipment used by the compounding, drop crew, and filling teams.Operate cleaning machines and sanitation tools safely and confidently.Maintain clear separation between clean and dirty zones to prevent cross-contamination.Monitor the clean room environment and support product quality requirements.Assist with daily operations as needed to keep the department running efficiently.Accurately document activities in SOPs, work instructions, and sanitation logs.Follow all GMP, safety, and sanitation standards.Support the team by stepping in where needed to help workflow and production goals stay on track.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED required.At least 6 months of prior cleaning or sanitizing experience in a manufacturing or food-grade environment preferred.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in wet conditions.Comfortable working with hot water, cleaning solutions, and sanitation equipment.Willing and able to wear required PPE, including a CIP suit, gloves, safety glasses, hairnet, and safety shoes.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
