As our Sanitation Supervisor, you'll lead the team responsible for making sure every inch of our production facility meets the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety. You'll plan the schedules, train the crew, and be the person everyone counts on when it's time for an audit or inspection.     What You Need

    High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field is a plus5+ years of experience in a food manufacturing or sanitation environment preferredFamiliarity with food safety standards (GMPs, SSOPs, HACCP, SQF) preferredStrong leadership skills with a track record of training and developing a teamExcellent time management and the ability to consistently meet deadlinesSharp attention to detail and a genuine commitment to food safety and cleanlinessSolid understanding of sanitation chemicals, concentrations, and application methodsAbility to safely operate sanitation equipment (pressure washers, foamers, scrubbers, and similar tools)Comfortable navigating sanitation tracking systems or software (e.g., CMMS or sanitation logs)
