Now hiring a Sanitation Supervisor for a food manufacturing facility in Fort Worth. This is a leadership role responsible for keeping the plant clean, safe, and audit-ready. Looking for someone who can lead a team, make decisions, and hold people accountable.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead and supervise sanitation team (attendance, performance, safety)
Plan and assign daily cleaning tasks (SSOPs, GMPs, SQF)
Conduct inspections and ensure facility is audit-ready
Handle chemicals safely and ensure OSHA/PPE compliance
Maintain logs, records, and sanitation documentation
Work with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams
Train, coach, and develop sanitation employees
Track corrective actions and drive continuous improvement
Provide daily updates on sanitation performance
What We’re Looking For:
Previous supervisory experience required
Experience with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and sanitation programs
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
