What You'll Do as a Sanitation Supervisor - 3rd Shift:- Lead, train, coach, and develop sanitation team members
- Assign daily work, monitor productivity, and ensure all sanitation tasks are completed
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing employee feedback
- Promote and enforce OSHA, food safety, GMP, and HACCP compliance standards
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses while implementing corrective actions
- Oversee sanitation activities throughout warehouse, production, refrigerated, frozen, and office areas
- Maintain sanitation records, inspection documentation, and regulatory compliance logs
What You Need to Bring to the Sanitation Supervisor - 3rd Shift Role:- Previous sanitation leadership or supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred
- Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP requirements, food safety standards, and OSHA regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Ability to work overnight hours on a Tuesday-Saturday schedule
- Ability to lift up to 51+ pounds occasionally, 21-30 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds continuously
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical sanitation duties throughout the shift
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen, if required
