Your mission
Direct day-to-day sanitation operations: scheduling, task assignment, and oversight
Verify compliance with SSOPs, GMPs, and SQF through regular inspections
Ensure safe chemical handling and strict adherence to OSHA and PPE protocols
Keep complete and accurate sanitation records and documentation
Partner cross-functionally with Production, Maintenance, and Quality
Recruit, train, coach, and develop sanitation team members
Initiate corrective actions and lead continuous improvement projects
Provide daily performance updates and communicate priorities
What it takes
Previous supervisory experience (required)
Experience with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and sanitation programs
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities
Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
