Job Title: Sanitation Worker
Pay: $22.35 per hour
Hours: Friday - Monday, 5:00AM – 3:30PM Temporary 3 month assignment 
Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do:
• Follow the standard operating procedures for equipment cleaning.
• Wear all proper PPE including uniform/smocks, safety footwear, gloves, goggles/eye protection, hearing protection, hairnets, and masks.
• Fully engage in all safety programs, including monthly safety engagements.
• Conduct routine cleaning, inspection, and lubrication of equipment, using concentrated and diluted chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing.
• Supply necessary materials and supplies to various areas as needed.
• Maintain written sanitation records, including the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS).
• Follow specifications, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to cleaning standards.
• Communicate with coworkers across departments and shifts regarding ongoing cleaning activities.
• Maintain an orderly, clean, and safe working environment.
• Receive chemicals and properly maintain chemical storage areas and CIP room.
• Clean buckets, brushes, mats, and work utensils regularly.
• Restock and maintain floor cleaning stations, buckets, and brushes.
• Perform sanitation PMs, MSS, and related tasks.
• Support mix room batching and staging of materials, as needed.
• Fill in as needed in production areas once skills and efficiency are attained, such as hand-packer roles.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

What You’ll Bring:
• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments preferred.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and stack products safely.
• Steel-toed rubber boots are required for safety.
• Flexibility to adapt to temperature variations and production demands.
