Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble sandwiches according to company standards while maintaining food safety and sanitation protocols
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage customer transactions at the cash register, including processing cash, credit card, and digital payments with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu options, and upselling additional items to enhance sales
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by regularly sanitizing surfaces, restocking supplies, and adhering to sanitation standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including slicers, ovens, toasters, and refrigeration units
- Support team members during peak hours by managing food handling tasks swiftly while ensuring quality standards are met
- This is a night time shift from 9:45 pm -5am
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast ; cashiering experience is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and inventory management
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and follow health regulations diligently
