Fircosoft experience (mandatory): minimum 12 months of hands-on production use of a Fircosoft screening platform - for example Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, Firco Compliance Link, or Firco Automatic Alert Handling - as an operational user working live alert queues. Candidates must be able to describe the modules used, the queues worked, the alert workflow, and the disposition and escalation actions available to them.
Sanctions screening experience: minimum 2 years of hands-on sanctions alert review and disposition within a bank, payments institution, fintech, or regulated financial services environment.
Regulatory knowledge: working knowledge of OFAC requirements and at least one additional major sanctions regime (UN, EU, or UK OFSI), including list structures and designation types.
Analytical capability: demonstrated ability to assess match quality on ambiguous data, apply risk-based judgment, and reach a defensible decision under time pressure.
Documentation: proven ability to write clear, complete, audit-ready disposition rationale in English.
Language: English at C1 level or above, written and verbal.
