Typical Responsibilities

• 
  Coordinate and organize product samples.
  
• 
  Receive, label, inventory, and distribute samples.
  
• 
  Prepare samples for customers, sales representatives, events, or presentations.
  
• 
  Maintain accurate sample records and inventory.
  
• 
  Communicate with sales, marketing, vendors, and other departments.
  
• 
  Package and ship samples when needed.
  
• 
  Keep the sample area organized and stocked.
  
• 
  Track sample requests and follow up on deliveries.
