Schedule: Part-time | In-office | 8:00 am - 2:00pm | Availability will range between Monday - Friday

Job Summary

The Sample Room Coordinator will assist the VP of Marketing, Marketing Lead, and Marketing Assistant in the sample room labeling samples, creating sample kits, pulling samples/kits for orders, and preparing them for shipment as well as any additional tasks necessary pertaining to RJ Schinner Exclusive Brand samples.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation of RJ Branded Sample Kits as directed
• Assist with pulling, packing, and shipping of requested RJ Branded Samples by sales team and customers as requested
• Order inventory necessary for sample kit creation
• Assist with administrative tasks involved with RJ Branded Samples - report building and communication with sales rep/customer as directed
• Daily usage of Microsoft Office computer system to complete tasks may be necessary
• Other duties as assigned by VP of Marketing and/or Marketing Lead

Qualifications/Experience

• High school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy necessary
