    About the Role

As Sample Coordinator, you're the first person to touch what Lola makes next. Samples arrive from our manufacturing partners every week - new fabrics, lab dips, prototypes, pre-production units - and you'll own the system that keeps them organized, tracked, and ready for review. When the Director of Sourcing & Product Development needs the third lab dip of a colorway from two rounds ago, you know exactly where it is.

This is an entry point into product development at a fast-growing brand. You'll sit close to sourcing decisions, fabric evaluation, and the full product lifecycle, and you'll learn how a physical product goes from idea to bestseller. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week at our office in Lehi, UT.

    What You'll Do

    • Receive, unpack, and log incoming samples from vendors and manufacturing partners
    • Build and maintain the sample library: tagging, labeling, photographing, and shelving every sample so it's easy to find
    • Track sample status across development rounds and flag what's arrived, what's late, and what's next
    • Prepare samples for review meetings, fittings, and quality evaluations
    • Ship samples to partners, photographers, and team members as needed
    • Keep the sample room tidy, organized, and ready for visitors
    • Support the product team with ad hoc projects as we grow

    Who You Are

    • A recent graduate or someone with up to a year of professional experience - retail, operations, merchandising, or product internships all count
    • Organized to your core. You like systems, labels, and knowing where things are
    • Detail-oriented and reliable. Small errors in tracking create big problems downstream, and you catch them first
    • A Lola fan. You know the product, you love the product, and you want to help make it
    • Comfortable with spreadsheets and quick to pick up new tools
    • Able to work on-site in Utah and lift boxes of blankets (they're soft, but they add up)
