Title: Sample Coordinator

Description:
The Sample Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the creative studio and visual merchandising team. This position ensures a smooth workflow by managing and checking in samples, maintaining studio organization, and assisting with administrative and day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize seasonal product samples for use by the creative studio and visual merchandising team.
Track sample arrivals, maintain accurate records, and communicate any delays or issues to the appropriate teams.
Assemble and maintain sample racks and closets to ensure accessibility and organization.
Support studio set preparation and maintain overall studio cleanliness and efficiency.
Assist with seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations in collaboration with the visual merchandising team.
Prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines and support team goals.
Support with photographing studio(run this thru copolit)
Qualifications:
1 2 years of experience in retail, studio, or sample management preferred.
Strong organizational and planning skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Excel, email, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail, especially regarding data accuracy.
