Sample Coordinator - Retail (Onsite - New York, NY)

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sample Coordinator to support the daily operations of the creative studio and visual merchandising team for our global retail client. This position will help ensure a smooth workflow by managing and checking in samples, maintaining studio organization, and assisting with administrative and day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This is a 40-hour per week, 3-month contract (possible extension), an onsite role in New York, NY.

This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and a 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:
Ensure samples are received in a timely manner for each seasonal flow.
Keep samples organized and maintain records to track receiving information.
Communicate with the Merchandising team to discuss arrivals and delays.
Build rapport with Brand MAs.
Assemble copy fact sheets using several systems.
Support the entire team with other projects.

Requirements:
1 2 years of experience in retail, studio, or sample management preferred.
Experience managing and organizing samples and maintaining receiving records.
Strong communication skills to work with the Merchandising team and Brand MAs.
Ability to assemble copy fact sheets using several systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and support the team with additional projects.
