Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Sample Coordinator to support the daily operations of a creative studio and visual merchandising team. This role will manage seasonal product samples, track sample arrivals, maintain studio organization, and provide administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and demonstrate strong attention to detail, accountability, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage, organize, and track seasonal product samples for the Creative Studio and Visual Merchandising teams.
- Coordinate sample check-ins, maintain accurate records, and communicate delays, missing samples, or other issues to the appropriate teams.
- Assemble and maintain sample racks, closets, and storage areas to ensure samples remain organized and accessible.
- Support studio set preparation, maintain studio cleanliness, and assist with day-to-day studio operations.
- Support seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations in partnership with the Visual Merchandising team.
- Assist with photographing studio samples and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines and team objectives.
Must-Have Skills:- Strong organizational and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience managing, tracking, organizing, or coordinating physical products, samples, inventory, or studio materials.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, email, and standard administrative tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with creative, merchandising, and cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills:- 1–2 years of experience in retail, creative studio, visual merchandising, sample management, or a related environment.
- Experience supporting photography, studio setup, product samples, or creative production workflows.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to changing processes and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:- Highly proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently while supporting broader team goals.
- Comfortable performing hands-on organizational and administrative tasks in a studio environment.
