In this role, you will help assess and redesign policy and process structures, support future-state design, and contribute to modernization efforts to improve policy usability, governance, performance management, and implementation. The role is well-suited for a professional with experience in policy, strategy, process improvement, current state assessment, and future state design using human-centered design principles in a fast-paced federal environment.Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities of the candidate will be (but aren't limited to):Conduct current state assessments of SAMM-related processes, policy workflows, stakeholder needs, and operational pain points.
