Our client is seeking an experienced Salvagnini Panel Bender Operator/Programmer to join a growing precision fabrication team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys advanced CNC equipment, programming, troubleshooting, and producing high-quality sheet metal components in a modern manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Program Salvagnini P2 panel benders from scratch
- Set up and operate automated panel bending equipment
- Read engineering drawings and CAD files
- Optimize bend sequences for efficient production
- Troubleshoot machine alarms and sensor issues
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
- Perform routine machine maintenance and adjustments
- Mentor less experienced machine operators
Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of Salvagnini P2 operating/programming experience
- Experience programming from scratch
- STREAMBEND software experience preferred
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication and precision measurement
- Advanced troubleshooting and setup capabilities
- Comfortable working four 10-hour shifts
- High School Diploma or GED
