What You’ll Do
- Lead & Inspire: Oversee daily salon operations while motivating and supporting your team.
- Work Behind the Chair: Work alongside your team behind the chair, delivering great haircuts and leading by example.
- Coach & Develop: Train, mentor, and grow stylists to help them reach their full potential.
- Scheduling & Staffing: Create efficient schedules that balance customer demand and team needs.
- Inventory Management: Ensure product levels are maintained and operations run smoothly.
- Maintain Standards: Uphold Great Clips standards for cleanliness, safety, and exceptional service.
What You’ll Bring
- A valid NH Cosmetology or Master Barber License (required)
- Proven leadership and strong communication skills
- A positive attitude with a passion for developing people and teams
