Responsibilities

• Lead daily salon operations
• Cut hair alongside your team and lead by example
• Coach, train, and develop stylists

• Maintain inventory, cleanliness, and brand standards

Qualifications

• Valid NH Cosmetology or Barber License
• Leadership experience or interest in management
• Strong communication and customer service skills
