Must Meet the Following Criteria:
Proven results and customer service experience
Self-motivated with a positive "Can Do" attitude
Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to train, coach, and inspire a team
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach and increase revenue streams.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with peers to align sales strategies with product launches and promotions.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and overall performance.
  • Develop and implement training programs to onboard new employees and continually improve the skills and competencies of existing team members.
  • Recruit, interview, and select qualified applicants to join the sales team, ensuring a high-performing and cohesive team.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and industry trends to stay informed and proactive in the beauty market.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
