Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers and deliver an exceptional sales experience

• Build rapport and identify customer needs through consultative selling

• Present and demonstrate vehicles effectively (product knowledge & presentation skills)

• Follow up on leads, appointments, and referrals (CRM utilization preferred)

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs

• Maintain a professional, customer-first attitude
