As a Senior EDI Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our enterprise EDI platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for EDI platforms focusing on Claims, Membership, Enrolment, Billing, Provider, and Payment functions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI transaction issues, including failures, rejects, reconciliation, and file transmission problems.
- Support Edifecs, TriZetto HIPAA Gateway, BizTalk, and Facets-integrated environments.
- Perform root cause analysis, incident resolution, and transaction performance improvements.
- Facilitate trading partner onboarding, certification, testing, and production releases.
- Collaborate with business users, vendors, and external trading partners to resolve operational issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Payer & EDI support.
- Proficiency in HIPAA X12 Transactions, including 834, 837, 835, 270/271, 276/277, 278, 820, TA1, 999, and 277CA acknowledgements.
- Experience with Edifecs Suite, TriZetto HIPAA Gateway, and BizTalk Server.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server/Oracle, Unix/Linux, SFTP, Batch Processing, API Integrations, XML/XSD, and JSON.
- Hands-on experience with Facets and claims processing.
Preferences
- Experience with large-scale Facets payer environments.
- Familiarity with HL7/FHIR, ServiceNow, MuleSoft, Boomi, Groovy, JavaScript, PowerShell, and Shell Scripting.
- Previous experience in trading partner management and support for large-scale EDI operations.
