Job Overview
A growing company is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Salesperson to generate new business, manage client relationships, and guide projects from initial contact through closing. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled at building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales opportunities through networking, outreach, referrals, and job site visits.
- Build relationships with contractors, builders, developers, designers, and project managers.
- Maintain and manage sales leads, follow-ups, and opportunities through CRM systems.
- Visit job sites and meet with clients to understand project needs.
- Present company services and coordinate with estimating and operations teams.
- Follow up with prospects, negotiate deals, and close projects.
- Maintain strong client relationships and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Construction, millwork, moulding, cabinetry, or related industry experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple opportunities.
- Comfortable using CRM systems.
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused.
