Seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager with 10+ years of IT experience and 5+ years managing Salesforce implementation and transformation programs. 5+ years managing Salesforce projects, with strong experience in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud ; Automotive Cloud preferred.

Seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager with 10+ years of IT experience and 5+ years managing Salesforce implementation and transformation programs.
Key Requirements:

• 5+ years managing Salesforce projects, with strong experience in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud; Automotive Cloud preferred.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery, including planning, estimation, resources, governance, deployment, and hypercare.
• Strong expertise in managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Experience leading Agile teams and facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform, Apex, LWC, Security Model, integrations, data migration, and solution architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Copado and Git.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams including BAs, Developers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and vendors.
• Strong experience in quality governance, testing, release management, and production readiness.
• Excellent client-facing, executive communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.
