Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design, development, implementation, and integration of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development experience along with technical leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

• Develop and customize solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, and Salesforce Flows.

• Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations and event-driven integrations using Platform Events.

• Provide technical guidance on Salesforce architecture, data models, security, governor limits, and performance optimization.

• Lead code reviews, technical discussions, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.

• Drive Salesforce deployments and CI/CD processes using Git, Copado, or similar tools.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

• Mentor developers and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Flows.

• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and Salesforce APIs.

• Experience with Salesforce security, sharing, governor limits, and performance optimization.

• Hands-on experience with Git, Copado, or other CI/CD tools.

• Previous experience leading Salesforce development teams or technical workstreams.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Architect certifications.

• Experience with MuleSoft, Platform Events, Agentforce, or Data Cloud.

• Experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations.
