Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead / Architect

Job Description:

We are looking for an Onsite Salesforce Technical Lead / Architect (12 15 years) to lead a large, integration-heavy Sales Order Management platform.
You will own the client relationship, solution design, SAP/AWS integrations, and releases, guide the delivery team, and help adopt Salesforce AI capabilities.

Skills:

Leadership: Onsite client-facing lead, requirements gathering, solution design, team mentoring, release ownership, and handling production escalations
Salesforce Development: Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Scheduled), LWC, Flow, SOQL, data modeling for large data volumes
Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
Integration and Events: REST/SOAP/Bulk APIs, Platform Events, CDC, and integration with SAP, AWS, and MuleSoft
DevOps: SFDX, GIT, CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Jenkins), SonarQube, code quality and security best practices
Certifications: Platform Developer II, Agentforce Specialist, AI Associate or Data Cloud certifications are a plus
