Job Description
We are looking for a technically strong Salesforce professional with experience in business analysis, solution architecture, data modeling, security, analytics, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate must have hands-on technical expertise and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement Salesforce solution architecture and data models.
- Configure Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and access controls.
- Develop and optimize SAQL queries and Salesforce Analytics/Tableau CRM dashboards.
- Use JIRA and other project management tools to track user stories, defects, and sprint activities.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve production defects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure solution quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on Salesforce technical experience.
- Experience with solution architecture and data modeling.
- Expertise in Salesforce security and access management.
- Practical experience with SAQL and Salesforce Analytics/Tableau CRM.
- Working knowledge of JIRA and Agile methodologies.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications.
- Experience leading technical implementations and design reviews.
- Experience with Salesforce development, integrations, and production support.
